Requirements for a Valid Notice
To be effective under the DMCA, your written notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered, a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material — typically the full URL on hubrealty.com where the material appears.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notice
If material you posted to our site was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, of any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or that person's agent.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances Hub Realty will, in its discretion, disable or terminate the access of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted works.
