Shelter is provided by Hub Realty to its own staff for the work of the office. It is not offered to the public.
People with a seat on the Hub Realty roster, while they hold that seat. Access ends when the seat does.
To use it for Hub Realty’s work; to connect only Google accounts you are entitled to use; and to keep resident and company information inside the company, as your role already requires.
To use your Google connection only as described on the privacy page; to log every change made through Shelter with the name of the person who made it; and to discard your sign-in token when your seat closes or when you disconnect.
Shelter is an internal tool under active development. It shows what the records say and marks what it cannot verify. The books of record remain the books of record.
