Every current lease already has its own link, minted by the system, so a resident never signs up and never gets a password — their home is their identity. The page shows what’s owed and the full ledger, the lease dates, deposit and signed papers, the walk-throughs signed during their lease, pool passes, notices from the office, repair requests, and one line to the office that is answered in place.
The record-keeping runs itself: a new lease gets a welcome, a lease near its end gets a renewal note, a finished move-out gets its deposit settlement — each written from the record and held for a person to release. Rent is paid where it always was.
It never sends a resident anything a person hasn’t released, and never shows one resident another’s anything.
In daily use
