Basement and storage rooms keep their own running thread, and a walk-through video pasted from a phone lands the same way.
It works with no signal — a basement is a normal place for it to start. Photos wait on the phone and go when the signal returns; nothing is lost and nothing is sent twice.
It never invents a field a person can’t honestly answer: the photo is the record, everything typed is optional.
